Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and debug robust applications and system components aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and feature teams to refine requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical strategies, recommending alternative approaches to meet aggressive timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate code quality and maintain best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by building, deploying, monitoring, and supporting production services.
• Communicate effectively across technical and business teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; or 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle within agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, JavaScript, REST APIs, and object-oriented programming using ASP.NET Core.
• Proficiency working with relational database systems such as MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Experience integrating Mitel’s Unified Communications, including chat, video, and reporting.
• Proven track record using CI/CD tools and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Domain Driven Design and Event Driven Architecture.
• Familiarity with application containerization, deployment, and orchestration across environments.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, cloud infrastructure, and automated provisioning.
