Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  5. Demonstrate empathy and patience in every customer interaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. No previous customer service experience required—training provided
  2. High school diploma or GED (current college students are encouraged to apply!)
  3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  4. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting
  5. Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to team success
  6. Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  7. Comfortable with basic computer applications and remote work technology
