Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as an Insurance Expert (US) - AI trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of insurance technology. In this impactful position, you'll leverage your deep expertise in US insurance policies and claims to help train cutting-edge AI solutions. Collaborate with diverse professionals to ensure AI systems accurately reflect real-world insurance practices and deliver optimal customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide subject matter expertise on US insurance and claims policies for AI training initiatives.
  2. Develop and review datasets, training materials, and workflows to ensure industry accuracy and compliance.
  3. Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, clarity, and alignment with regulatory standards and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to translate complex insurance concepts into actionable data models.
  5. Contribute to the creation of user scenarios, FAQs, and documentation for AI-driven insurance solutions.
  6. Share insights on evolving trends, legal requirements, and claims adjudication processes in the US insurance sector.
  7. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats to multidisciplinary teams.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Comprehensive understanding of US insurance and claims policies, procedures, and industry terminology.
  2. Demonstrated experience in a relevant insurance role (e.g., Insurance Customer Service, Claims Adjuster, Analyst, Consultant, Attorney, Risk Manager, Forensic Accountant, or similar).
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex information succinctly.
  4. Ability to analyze large volumes of documentation, extract key insights, and ensure data quality.
  5. Familiarity with digital tools, data platforms, or previous experience in an AI or technology-driven environment is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or Insurance.
  2. Exposure to legal, actuarial, or forensic analysis related to insurance claims.
