Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary:

LabCoreSoft is seeking a meticulous and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date information within our systems, playing a key part in ensuring data integrity and supporting seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Enter and update data accurately in databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
2. Verify the accuracy of data entries and make timely corrections as needed
3. Organize, manage, and maintain digital and physical files and records
4. Generate reports and assist with the analysis of data to support operational decisions
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and integrity of information across systems
6. Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve data issues
7. Support other administrative tasks as required by the team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a related administrative role
2. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
3. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly document and convey information
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities
6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment
7. Team player attitude with a willingness to collaborate across functions

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in data entry, information management, or a related discipline
2. Experience with data analysis and report generation
3. Familiarity with additional data management tools or CRM systems
