Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately annotate, categorize, and tag large volumes of data in Spanish and English.
• Follow detailed project guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality data labeling.
• Work closely with project leads and team members to resolve ambiguities and align on annotation standards.
• Identify data quality issues and proactively communicate errors or inconsistencies.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and evolving annotation protocols.
• Provide feedback to help refine annotation processes, guidelines, and tools.
• Manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly productivity targets in a dynamic remote environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to interpret and follow complex annotation guidelines and adapt to changing requirements.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.
