Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a UX/UI & Product Design - AI Trainer, where you will play a pivotal role in developing and refining AI-driven design processes. You will leverage your design expertise to guide AI training cycles, focusing on full-cycle prompting and delivering cutting-edge insights that shape future-ready digital experiences. This position offers remote flexibility and the opportunity to directly impact AI-driven product evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in UX/UI and product design for AI training initiatives.
2. Design, review, and iterate on full-cycle prompting workflows to enhance AI understanding of design principles.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI training data represents industry-leading design standards.
4. Create clear, actionable documentation and training content tailored to AI systems and human stakeholders.
5. Provide expert feedback and actionable insights to continuously optimize the AI product design capabilities.
6. Champion best practices for intuitive user experiences and interface aesthetics within AI models.
7. Communicate effectively through exemplary written and verbal skills with team members and project leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI and product design.
2. Proven experience with AI-driven design processes or training data creation for AI applications.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills—clarity and empathy are a must.
4. Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
5. Demonstrated ability to create high-quality design assets and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
7. Experience collaborating effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Background in creating AI prompts or involvement in full-cycle prompting projects.
2. Experience mentoring or training professionals in design or AI-related fields.
3. Familiarity with rapid prototyping, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design workflows.
