Job Title: PHP Back End Developer

Job Summary: As a PHP Back End Developer, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and solve complex back end problems using PHP, Node.js, and MySQL for real-world scenarios.
- Review and evaluate backend code for logical accuracy, scalability, and performance.
- Provide detailed feedback on code structure, design patterns, and best practices to help improve AI system learning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into robust back end solutions.
- Document and articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute domain expertise to diverse projects that impact next-generation technologies.
- Ensure that all work meets high standards for security, maintainability, and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in PHP development, with a strong command of modern back end frameworks such as Laravel.
- Fluency in Node.js and building scalable server-side applications.
- Hands-on expertise with MySQL and database optimization techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and proactively manage tasks.
- Demonstrated commitment to code quality, testing, and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with or contributing to AI, ML, or data-driven software projects.
- Experience collaborating with distributed, international teams.
- Familiarity with API development and integration best practices.
