Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Chemistry Specialist with a unique opportunity to contribute your advanced academic and research expertise towards developing rigorous, high-impact chemistry content. You will play a pivotal role in designing and validating academic problems and solutions, collaborating remotely with a diverse, forward-thinking group, and ensuring every deliverable meets the highest standards of scientific accuracy and clarity.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, author, and review chemistry problems for undergraduate and postgraduate levels across various subdisciplines.
  2. Validate solutions for accuracy, thoroughness, and academic rigor, ensuring clarity for learners.
  3. Leverage expertise in Physical, Inorganic, Analytical, and Organic Chemistry to craft content that reflects real-world applications and challenges.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to continually refine and enhance the quality of academic materials.
  5. Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in chemistry to inform problem development and solution approaches.
  7. Work independently, managing multiple deliverables efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. PhD in Chemistry strongly preferred, or Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in Physical, Inorganic, Analytical, and/or Organic Chemistry.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  4. Proven ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines on complex projects.
  5. Strong analytical mindset and deep commitment to academic integrity and quality.
  6. Experience developing or reviewing academic content or scientific materials.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Prior experience authoring educational or assessment materials in Chemistry.
  2. Background in interdisciplinary or applied chemistry research.
  3. Familiarity with remote, international collaboration and digital workflow tools.
