Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SAP SD/TM Consultant to join our team in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Sales & Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM) solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize SAP SD modules including order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and customer master data.
- Design and integrate SD processes with MM, FI/CO, and TM for unified business operations.
- Set up and maintain contract management, order fulfillment, and tax compliance structures.
- Lead SAP TM configuration for freight planning, carrier selection, shipment costing, and real-time tracking.
- Ensure efficient integration with third-party logistics providers and EDI/IDoc systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance OTC and logistics processes and drive supply chain excellence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD/TM issues and support transitions to S/4HANA and Fiori user experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP SD/TM implementation and support experience.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD (order management, pricing, billing, credit management).
- Proven expertise in SAP TM freight order management, route planning, and execution.
- Experience integrating SAP with 3PLs and EDI systems.
- Strong understanding of transportation cost calculation and freight settlement.
- Skilled in written communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SD or TM certification.
- Experience with international trade, compliance, and export/import logistics.
- Familiarity with cloud-based transportation solutions and machine learning-driven forecasting within SAP.
