Join our customer's team as a Growth Marketing Manager - AI trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI marketing solutions. In this part-time, fully remote position, you will serve as a subject matter expert in digital marketing and growth, leveraging your expertise to train AI models and optimize prompt creation. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, refine, and optimize prompts for AI training projects focused on digital marketing and growth strategies.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure AI outputs align with real-world marketing objectives and best practices.
  3. Provide subject matter expertise in digital marketing channels, growth tactics, and campaign optimization for AI development.
  4. Evaluate and review AI-generated content, offering detailed feedback to enhance training data quality.
  5. Document processes, insights, and results to guide ongoing marketing AI enhancements.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends and integrate new growth marketing methodologies into AI training frameworks.
  7. Facilitate clear and effective communication with team members, emphasizing both written and verbal excellence.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing comprehensive digital growth campaigns.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear, impactful messaging.
  4. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools or platforms and prompt engineering.
  5. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  7. Eagerness to collaborate and share knowledge as a subject matter expert with the customer's team.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience training or working with AI/ML systems in a marketing context.
  2. Background in prompt design, data annotation, or AI model evaluation.
