Job Title: Financial Documents Specialist (Chinese)
Job Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your advanced knowledge of financial documents to create, analyze, and review finance-related content in Chinese.
- Develop, format, and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Apply financial expertise to evaluate the accuracy and relevance of diverse financial documents and data sets.
- Provide clear, precise written and verbal explanations about financial documentation processes in Chinese.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality data that supports the development and training of AI models.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail while handling sensitive financial information.
- Meet deadlines and deliver projects aligned with Fortune 500 standards of excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native-level proficiency in Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in finance, focused on creating or managing financial documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced document and data formatting skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and succinctly in both English and Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Based in the US and familiar with US financial documentation standards.
- Experience with cross-functional teams or in AI/data training environments.
