Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate comprehensive, domain-specific internal documents reflecting real-life life sciences workflows and use cases.
  2. Create, refine, and maintain structured prompts and evaluation rubrics to guide AI model training and assessment.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  4. Maintain meticulous documentation standards to support reproducibility and regulatory compliance.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve documentation based on team feedback and evolving best practices.
  6. Clearly communicate complex scientific concepts through both written and verbal channels.
  7. Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and support the development of training frameworks for the AI system.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or a related field.
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all documentation.
  3. Proven experience in technical writing, scientific documentation, or similar roles.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and audience engagement.
  5. Ability to generate and structure domain-specific prompts and rubrics for AI applications.
  6. Comfort working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
  7. Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in AI training, prompt engineering, or machine learning projects within the life sciences sector.
  2. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation standards in healthcare or research environments.
  3. Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies.
