Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Telemarketer and be part of a dynamic, results-driven environment. In this role, you will engage with potential clients through phone and digital communication, representing top-tier products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Simulate outbound sales interactions with prospective customers, providing high-quality examples to train and evaluate AI models.
  2. Demonstrate effective rapport-building techniques, handling objections and inquiries with strong active listening and persuasive communication for AI learning purposes.
  3. Generate and structure realistic interaction data, accurately documenting conversations and outcomes to support model training.
  4. Contribute to the creation and evaluation of outreach scripts, prompts, and messaging frameworks used in AI-driven sales scenarios.
  5. Analyze AI-generated responses, providing detailed feedback to improve conversion strategies, tone, and effectiveness.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, product, and data) to refine outreach techniques and enhance model performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of proven telemarketing experience, ideally in a remote capacity.
  2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  3. Advanced active listening and interpersonal abilities to quickly understand customer needs.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  5. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record-keeping and follow-up.
  6. Proficient in using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  7. Resilient, goal-oriented attitude with a passion for driving results.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with B2B or high-value B2C telemarketing campaigns.
  2. Familiarity with sales automation tools and workflow optimization.
  3. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
