Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess AI-generated Hindi content for language accuracy, fluency, and natural expression.
- Identify and distinguish between native and non-native Hindi speech and writing patterns.
- Provide insightful, detailed feedback to enhance AI understanding of Hindi grammar, idioms, and regional nuances.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve AI voice models, focusing on accent recognition, clarity, and linguistic diversity.
- Analyze and annotate both voice and text data, upholding rigorous standards in pronunciation, vocabulary, and authenticity.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive assessment frameworks for native Hindi identification and language quality control.
- Maintain organized documentation of evaluations and actively participate in ongoing quality assurance processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native-level proficiency in Hindi with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen ability to recognize and evaluate diverse Hindi accents and dialects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Linguistics, Language Studies, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for language quality and evolution.
- Proven experience in content review, editing, language assessment, or similar roles.
- Skilled in delivering clear, actionable, and constructive feedback in both written and spoken Hindi.
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently deliver high-quality work in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AI training, language data annotation, or related machine learning projects.
- Familiarity with voice-based technologies or linguistic resource development.
- Advanced degree or specialized certification in Hindi linguistics or related studies.
