Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as a Creative Writer, where your expertise will help train next-generation AI agents in creative writing. You’ll craft engaging content and imaginative scenarios, ensuring AI models learn from the best in the business. This is an exciting opportunity for wordsmiths passionate about storytelling, language, and the future of AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review creative writing samples, prompts, and narratives for AI training and evaluation.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to provide feedback and guidance on language generation.
- Brainstorm and create diverse, culturally relevant story elements, characters, and dialogue.
- Analyze AI-generated content, identifying areas for enhancement in creativity and coherence.
- Contribute to the creation of guidelines and best practices for creative content curation.
- Stay informed on pop culture trends to ensure content is engaging and modern.
- Maintain high standards of originality, clarity, and grammatical accuracy in all written material.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in creative writing, with a strong portfolio or published samples.
- Exceptional written English and verbal communication skills; attention to tone and detail.
- Deep passion for storytelling and innovation in digital writing.
- Strong ability to think imaginatively and articulate unique perspectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, Comparative Literature, or related field.
- Proficiency in analyzing pop culture and integrating references into content.
- Experience with blogging, fiction, journalism, or copywriting.
