Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and curate high-quality front-end coding samples and scenarios to facilitate AI model training.

• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists to refine training datasets.

• Evaluate and annotate code generated by AI to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.

• Analyze AI performance on frontend development tasks, identifying strengths and improvement areas.

• Update and maintain a library of best practices and coding standards for AI training.

• Communicate insights and feedback clearly to cross-functional team members.

• Champion the importance of robust written and verbal communication within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in frontend engineering roles.

• Proven expertise in modern JavaScript, including ES6+.

• Hands-on experience with React, Vue, and Angular frameworks.

• Strong track record in designing and developing complex frontend applications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to break down complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in code review, documentation, and collaborative software development.

• Passion for building high-quality, user-centric solutions and training the next generation of AI.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in AI, machine learning, or data annotation.

• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or curriculum development for engineers.

• Familiarity with large language models or AI-powered development tools.
