Job Title: First-Line Supervisors of Non-Retail Sales Workers

Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a First-Line Supervisor of Non-Retail Sales Workers and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI solutions. Leverage your leadership expertise to guide, coach, and mentor a talented sales workforce—while directly influencing the performance of advanced AI models through hands-on training data evaluation and scenario-based assessments.


Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate training data and contribute valuable insights for AI model improvement

• Develop and implement scenario-based training exercises to enhance and AI performance

• Analyze metrics to identify trends, drive productivity, and achieve project objectives

• Maintain a customer-focused mindset to ensure exceptional service and AI training outcomes


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading non-retail sales teams

• Proven leadership abilities with exceptional coaching and mentoring skills

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficiency in time management and adaptability within a fast-paced, remote environment

• Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and motivating diverse teams

• Experience evaluating AI training data and/or developing scenario-based training modules


Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working on AI or technology-driven projects

• Familiarity with agile methodologies or remote team management

• Background in customer-focused process improvement
