Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute comprehensive commercial cleaning routines using smart chemical dispensing systems and digital "clean-route" schedules.
2. Manage and track chemical inventory through mobile fleet/task applications to ensure optimal supply levels.
3. Maintain industrial and commercial hygiene standards, adhering to sanitation protocols and OSHA chemical safety guidelines.
4. Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment with expert precision and safety awareness.
5. Report facility damages, sanitation concerns, and equipment malfunctions promptly using mobile portals with clear, concise written communication.
6. Engage with clients and stakeholders with professionalism, demonstrating a strong customer service focus in every interaction.
7. Proactively identify areas for improvement in facility hygiene and safety practices, providing feedback and recommendations to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven expertise using mobile fleet/task management applications for scheduling, reporting, and inventory control.
2. Strong awareness of OSHA chemical safety regulations and best practices for industrial cleaning.
3. Demonstrated experience operating industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
5. High level of integrity and trustworthiness, ensuring adherence to all organizational and safety policies.
6. Self-directed, reliable, and able to work autonomously in remote settings while maintaining accountability.
7. Keen observation skills to spot facility issues and proactively address them.
