Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as a Facilities Maintenance Associate, where you'll play a vital role in upholding top-tier commercial hygiene standards across distributed locations. This is a dynamic opportunity for an expert who thrives on leveraging mobile technology, understanding chemical safety, and delivering exceptional cleanliness in industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive commercial cleaning routines using smart chemical dispensing systems and digital "clean-route" schedules.
- Manage and track chemical inventory through mobile fleet/task applications to ensure optimal supply levels.
- Maintain industrial and commercial hygiene standards, adhering to sanitation protocols and OSHA chemical safety guidelines.
- Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment with expert precision and safety awareness.
- Report facility damages, sanitation concerns, and equipment malfunctions promptly using mobile portals with clear, concise written communication.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders with professionalism, demonstrating a strong customer service focus in every interaction.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in facility hygiene and safety practices, providing feedback and recommendations to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise using mobile fleet/task management applications for scheduling, reporting, and inventory control.
- Strong awareness of OSHA chemical safety regulations and best practices for industrial cleaning.
- Demonstrated experience operating industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness, ensuring adherence to all organizational and safety policies.
- Self-directed, reliable, and able to work autonomously in remote settings while maintaining accountability.
- Keen observation skills to spot facility issues and proactively address them.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Sanitation Specialist or Facilities Custodian in commercial or industrial environments.
- Proficiency with advanced mobile task-tracking and chemical inventory management tools.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to maintain a friendly and professional tone in client communications.
