Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative, where you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities by leveraging your skills in prospecting and CRM systems. As a remote team member, you will engage potential clients through effective written and verbal communication, showcasing our solutions and creating lasting business relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Initiate cold calls and email campaigns to generate new leads.
  • Manage leads through CRM systems to ensure effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored strategies to secure meetings with prospective clients.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and present our solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of communications and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointments.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and prospecting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for customer management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to conduct cold calls and initiate conversations with prospective clients.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with self-motivation.
