As one of our foundational sales hires, you’ll work directly with our CEO to develop our sales engine and influence our go-to-market strategy. This high-impact, high-earning B2B position is perfect for experienced outbound sales professionals eager to build something new and earn industry-leading commissions.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prospect HVAC businesses to introduce our AI-powered phone automation solutions.
  2. Conduct outbound calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
  3. Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to decision-makers, tailoring messaging to client needs.
  4. Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
  5. Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline activity and results.
  6. Collaborate with the CEO to refine our sales process and playbook as we scale rapidly.
  7. Continuously seek high-value opportunities and provide market feedback to inform product development.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record in outbound, high-ticket B2B sales—especially in SaaS or tech startups.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with flawless English.
  3. Self-motivated and performance-driven, thriving in a remote environment.
  4. Expert at independent prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
  5. Comfortable using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  7. Ability to adapt quickly, learn new technology, and operate with a startup mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience selling to the HVAC or home services industry.
  2. Prior success building sales teams or processes from the ground up.
