Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as a Video Capture and Annotation Specialist and play a pivotal role in advancing cutting-edge robotics technology. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for efficiently editing and correcting model-generated video annotations, ensuring their accuracy and precision. This is a unique opportunity to work with a passionate team on innovative projects, all from the comfort of your home.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Edit and correct video annotations with a strong emphasis on precise timestamps, left/right hand identification, and action labeling.
  2. Review and refine outputs generated by AI models, enhancing quality rather than labeling from scratch.
  3. Collaborate closely with team members to communicate annotation standards and resolve ambiguities.
  4. Maintain high throughput while ensuring meticulous attention to detail in each task.
  5. Log work hours accurately to meet the pipeline’s daily throughput targets.
  6. Provide feedback on annotation guidelines to improve overall process efficiency.
  7. Adhere strictly to project deadlines and quality benchmarks set by the customer’s team.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Expertise in video annotation and correction, especially with rapid editing of timestamps and actions.
  2. Exceptional English proficiency, both written and verbal, with clear and proactive communication skills.
  3. Demonstrated ability to handle model outputs and refine existing annotations effectively.
  4. High typing speed and ability to deliver against daily productivity metrics.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail and consistency in annotation work.
  6. Capability to work a minimum of 4 hours per day and contribute to a high-volume annotation pipeline.
  7. Proven organizational skills and ability to self-manage in a remote environment.



Preferred Qualifications

  1. Prior experience in annotating or working with robotics or computer vision datasets.
  2. Familiarity with annotation tools or platforms used in AI and machine learning pipelines.
  3. Background in human-computer interaction or a similar technical domain.

Work Readiness: Our average time-to-fill for this project is ~48 hs. Applications are open until Saturday, May 10th, by EOD PST.


Compensation is based on output. Experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply. Videos must be at least 2 minutes in length. Experts must submit a minimum of 10 to 15 hours of video per week.
