AI Workflow Data Partner - Business Operations
Required Skills
Job Description
Job Title: Operational Workflow Data Partner
Overview
We are partnering with select companies to help build the next generation of AI systems for operational and knowledge work. This is a paid data partnership where your company’s employees complete normal workflow activities through a secure platform and add structured annotations that explain their decisions, steps, tools, and process context. The goal is to transform real operational expertise into high-quality workflow data that can help train AI models for business operations, professional services, automation, and productivity.
What Partner Companies Provide
Participating companies support workflow capture across real business activities, such as:
- Financial analysis and reporting workflows
- Consulting and strategic planning processes
- Legal research and document review
- Data science and analytical workflows
- Software engineering and technical operations
- CRM and internal business operations
- Project management and coordination
- SOP-based operational procedures
- Process optimization and exception handling
- Knowledge work documentation and collaboration workflows
Employees are not expected to create new work. They complete familiar workflows while adding explanations, labels, and decision context through the platform. Depending on the engagement, the client may also support data collection through operational artifacts and documentation instead of workflow recordings.
Ideal Partner Profile
We are looking for companies with:
- Active operational teams in domains such as Finance, Consulting, Law, Data Science, or Software Engineering
- Repeatable internal workflows
- Skilled employees who can explain their process clearly
- Leadership support for a structured AI data partnership
- Strong confidentiality and operational discipline
- Interest in creating a new revenue stream from internal process expertise
- Immediate operational readiness and ability to move quickly
Commercial Structure
Each partnership is scoped based on workflow type, number of participating employees, annotation depth, project duration, and data quality requirements.
Compensation typically ranges from $100K to $1M+ for qualified partners.
Confidentiality
All engagements are handled under strict confidentiality. Workflow data is collected through controlled processes, with clear boundaries around sensitive information, customer data, proprietary materials, and internal systems.
