Job Summary

You will engage directly with customers, deliver an exceptional retail experience, and help drive sales growth, all while showcasing your strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet customers enthusiastically, creating a welcoming and friendly environment at the kiosk.
2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
3. Drive kiosk sales by proactively engaging customers, presenting product features and benefits, and upselling where appropriate.
4. Maintain attractive, organized, and fully stocked displays to maximize visual appeal and merchandising standards.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, while adhering to company policies.
6. Track inventory and assist with restocking and receiving shipments to ensure kiosk readiness for business.
7. Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail or kiosk environment.
2. Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
3. Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
4. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and adapting to shifting priorities.
6. Basic math and computer literacy skills required for processing transactions.
7. Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous experience at a retail kiosk or similar on-site sales role.
2. Familiarity with inventory management processes.
3. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
