Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate browser-based workflows on macOS, focusing on keyboard navigation and shortcut efficiency.
- Test and analyze usability across tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and various online platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve keyboard-driven productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Develop and recommend keyboard shortcut workflows and automation techniques for browser tasks.
- Conduct structured browser testing involving tab management, window switching, and navigation optimization.
- Work with teams to document findings and propose improvements to browser-based processes.
- Test usability across various online platforms including e-commerce marketplaces and SaaS tools.
- Provide clear documentation and feedback on workflow efficiency and potential automation opportunities.
- Stay up to date with macOS productivity tools, browser extensions, and automation techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong expertise in macOS keyboard shortcuts and system navigation.
- Advanced browser navigation skills including tab management, window switching, and keyboard-first workflows.
- Hands-on experience using browser-based productivity tools such as Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Ability to quickly navigate and manage multiple browser tabs, windows, and workflows efficiently.
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting workflow observations and recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail when evaluating digital workflows and browser interactions.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote testing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
