Join our customer’s team as an Engineering Manager - AI Trainer and spearhead the development of next-generation AI systems across all domains of engineering. Leverage your engineering expertise and leadership prowess to design, implement, and refine AI training methodologies while guiding a team of talented professionals in a remote, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a distributed team of engineers and AI specialists, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
2. Design, develop, and optimize scalable AI training programs tailored to diverse engineering domains.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
4. Ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in data labeling, model evaluation, and feedback loops.
5. Drive process improvements and implement best practices for AI system training and deployment.
6. Continuously monitor industry trends to keep training methodologies cutting-edge and effective.
7. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.
