Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Brokerage Clerk Expert - AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in bridging your deep brokerage expertise and cutting-edge AI initiatives. Utilize your mastery in securities operations to train and develop AI tools, ensuring accuracy in brokerage workflows while enhancing efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guide AI training sessions focused on tasks related to the purchase, sale, or holding of securities, ensuring data-driven accuracy and relevance.
  2. Write, review, and refine detailed orders for stock purchases or sales, incorporating nuanced brokerage requirements.
  3. Compute transfer taxes, track stock price fluctuations, and calculate equity to support robust AI model development.
  4. Document security transactions—including purchases, sales, conversions, and redemptions—using both digital systems and standard accounting ledgers.
  5. Accept and deliver securities, distribute dividends, and maintain clear, precise records of daily transactions and holdings for AI datasets.
  6. Prepare transaction forms (receipts, withdrawal orders, transfer confirmations) to support diverse training scenarios and transaction simulations.
  7. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve account issues, answer inquiries, and provide insights into evolving market conditions for AI enhancement.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Extensive experience as a brokerage clerk, account administrator, or similar role in securities operations.
  2. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
  3. Proficient in documenting and recording security transactions using both computers and traditional office equipment.
  4. Strong analytical skills for tracking market fluctuations, computing taxes, and evaluating equity positions.
  5. Proven ability to prepare and process forms, transaction confirmations, and related documentation with high accuracy.
  6. Demonstrated organizational and clerical skills (e.g., filing, typing, handling mail, operating office machines).
  7. A passion for AI technologies and a commitment to improving digital processes in the brokerage environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in AI training, financial technology, or related digital transformation projects.
  2. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing securities transactions and brokerage operations.
  3. Experience handling advanced account administration and client support in fast-paced environments.
