Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer Test to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and optimize planning and testing processes to ensure high-quality project delivery. Your expertise will directly impact our operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive planning and testing strategies for large-scale engineering projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, schedules, and deliverables.
- Analyze project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor, track, and report project progress against established milestones and KPIs.
- Optimize planning processes for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability using data-driven insights.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive process improvements and adopt best practices in both planning and testing methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in planning, scheduling, and testing for complex engineering projects.
- Expert proficiency with project planning and management tools (such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to synthesize technical data and present clear, actionable insights to diverse audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications in project management or planning (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP).
- Experience with agile methodologies and remote, distributed teams.
- Familiarity with large-scale system integration and test automation.
