Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a dedicated Lawyer, providing expert legal counsel in a dynamic, collaborative, and fully remote environment. Your keen attention to detail and passion for clear communication will be instrumental in supporting our client’s legal operations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents.

• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and compliance across business activities.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support complex decision-making.

• Represent the customer's team in communications with external counsel and regulatory bodies.

• Ensure timely and accurate responses to legal inquiries and disputes.

• Develop and implement internal policies to manage legal risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide proactive legal support for projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law.

• Proven experience in contract law, corporate law, or a related legal discipline.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and precision.

• Expertise in drafting, interpreting, and negotiating legal documents.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior remote work experience in a legal role.

• Familiarity with technology-driven or fast-growing business environments.

• Experience coordinating legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
