Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and AI-driven applications tailored to business needs.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, developers, and product managers, to define requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.
3. Perform thorough data preprocessing, cleansing, and analysis to support advanced model training and evaluation.
4. Tune, optimize, and evaluate algorithms to ensure high accuracy, scalability, and performance in production environments.
5. Conduct experimental research to improve existing AI models and pioneer new methods, leveraging the latest industry advancements.
6. Implement best practices for version control, rigorous testing, and comprehensive documentation throughout the AI project lifecycle.
7. Stay informed about cutting-edge AI trends, tools, and frameworks to continually enhance our innovation strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Demonstrated experience in AI model development using modern frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
3. Proficient programming skills in Python and strong command of Node.js, with hands-on experience in Next.js and .NET.
4. Solid expertise in working with MySQL databases and complex data structures.
5. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and their AI service offerings.
6. Expertise in ActionScript 3 for legacy system integration or migration projects.
7. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments within cross-functional teams.
2. Strong problem-solving aptitude and a passion for continuous learning in the AI and machine learning space.
3. Contributions to open-source AI projects or active participation in the AI research community.
