Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and AI-driven applications tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, developers, and product managers, to define requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.
- Perform thorough data preprocessing, cleansing, and analysis to support advanced model training and evaluation.
- Tune, optimize, and evaluate algorithms to ensure high accuracy, scalability, and performance in production environments.
- Conduct experimental research to improve existing AI models and pioneer new methods, leveraging the latest industry advancements.
- Implement best practices for version control, rigorous testing, and comprehensive documentation throughout the AI project lifecycle.
- Stay informed about cutting-edge AI trends, tools, and frameworks to continually enhance our innovation strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in AI model development using modern frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Proficient programming skills in Python and strong command of Node.js, with hands-on experience in Next.js and .NET.
- Solid expertise in working with MySQL databases and complex data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and their AI service offerings.
- Expertise in ActionScript 3 for legacy system integration or migration projects.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments within cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and a passion for continuous learning in the AI and machine learning space.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or active participation in the AI research community.
