Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe, annotate, label, and review textual data in both Dutch and English to train and optimize AI language models.
- Evaluate and ensure the grammatical accuracy, semantic clarity, and cultural appropriateness of bilingual AI responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on language model outputs and enhance overall quality.
- Conduct linguistic validation and error analysis, identifying areas for improvement in AI-generated content.
- Apply structured quality guidelines to consistently deliver measurable, high-quality results within project timelines.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing to support continuous improvement in annotation processes.
- Maintain attention to detail while handling large volumes of data in a fast-paced, flexible remote setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in data annotation, linguistic validation, or similar language-focused roles.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch grammar, syntax, semantics, and the ability to recognize cultural nuances.
- Background in linguistics or language studies, or equivalent practical experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of linguistic review.
- Ability to work independently, manage flexible schedules, and meet structured deliverable targets.
- Demonstrated interest in AI technologies, language processing, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with annotation tools and quality assurance best practices in language technology.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Computational Linguistics, or a related discipline.
