Job Title: Growth Lead

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Growth Lead and take ownership of innovative multi-channel marketing initiatives. In this core role, you’ll drive demand generation strategy, optimize marketing spend, and craft compelling campaigns that fuel user acquisition and brand growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter passionate about experimenting with creative marketing solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own the entire demand marketing budget, optimizing spend and delivering clear, timely reports and budget proposals to the CMO.
  2. Create and execute dynamic marketing campaigns across paid social ads, landing pages, organic content, and AI-powered SEO articles.
  3. Develop and maintain benchmarks to measure success and iterate on marketing initiatives.
  4. Ideate, script, and manage engaging video content that captures brand voice and drives results.
  5. Write clear, persuasive copy for ads, social posts, landing pages, and all demand generation channels.
  6. Partner with the Partnerships team to evaluate and prioritize high-impact events for attendance or sponsorship.
  7. Explore and coordinate out-of-home marketing experiments, including billboards, local activations, programmatic ads, podcasts, and TV commercials.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Strong command of marketing budget management, cost optimization, and ROI analysis.
  2. Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  3. Exceptional copywriting and written communication skills, with attention to verbal communication as well.
  4. Creative ideation and execution of video content, including scripting and messaging.
  5. Proficiency in paid social, organic social, landing page optimization, and SEO-driven content creation.
  6. Experience collaborating cross-functionally, especially with partnerships or events teams.
  7. Self-driven, highly organized, and passionate about growth in startup environments.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience at a high-growth startup or in a similar fast-paced environment.
  2. Familiarity with OOH marketing and innovative brand-building tactics.
  3. Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years' relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
