Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails framework.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable features and enhancements.
  3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
  4. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  5. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  6. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning.
  7. Communicate project progress and challenges clearly with team members and stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven 5+ Years experience developing with Ruby on Rails.
  2. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
  3. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adhere to deadlines in a remote setting.
  6. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  7. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  2. Familiarity with cloud platforms or DevOps practices.
  3. Previous experience collaborating with distributed teams.
