Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates during virtual job fairs, assessing qualifications and cultural fit.
- Utilize structured interview questions and methodologies to evaluate applicant suitability.
- Document and organize candidate feedback for the recruitment team’s review.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with applicants via written and verbal channels.
- Collaborate with recruiters to refine screening criteria and ensure alignment with hiring needs.
- Maintain detailed records in our applicant tracking system.
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience, acting as an ambassador for our employer brand.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on clarity and empathy.
- Demonstrated experience in candidate screening or a similar recruitment-focused role.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements effectively.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in virtual communication tools and ATS platforms.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience participating in or facilitating virtual job fairs or high-volume recruitment events.
- Background in HR, talent acquisition, or related fields.
