Key Responsibilities:
• Design visually engaging and intuitive user interfaces from concept through to polished execution
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop seamless digital user experiences
• Create captivating graphics, illustrations, and high-quality visuals for marketing and branding
• Use Figma to deliver detailed wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specs
• Apply a strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and modern web design principles
• Iterate quickly based on team feedback and project requirements
• Maintain an unwavering attention to detail and a high bar for visual excellence
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing standout visual design and UI/UX skills
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Figma for interface design and prototyping
• Demonstrated ability to craft meaningful graphics and visuals for digital experiences
• Strong creativity, originality, and passion for great design
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with visual storytelling, layouts, and modern web/marketing design
Preferred Qualifications:
• Skills in 3D, illustration, or motion design
• Experience designing interactive animations or dynamic visuals
• Familiarity with branding and marketing for digital products

Compensation & Benefits Notice
The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $180,000 –$200,000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. micro1 provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
