Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source and attract top candidates through diverse platforms, job boards, and social media channels.
  2. Screen resumes and applications to identify individuals who align with job requirements and our company culture.
  3. Conduct initial interviews (phone or video) to assess candidates’ qualifications and potential.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
  5. Provide clear, timely feedback to candidates throughout each stage of the hiring journey.
  6. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system for effective reporting and compliance.
  7. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft tailored recruiting strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR capacity.
  3. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a strong emphasis on clear, proactive dialogue.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
  6. Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  7. Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience recruiting for remote or distributed teams.
  2. Background in building diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines.
  3. Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
