Job Title: Junior 2D Game Developer

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and refine 2D game assets and mechanics based on project requirements.
- Analyze and provide feedback on game design and user experience for AI training purposes.
- Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to identify challenges and optimize workflows.
- Document detailed written descriptions of your development processes and problem-solving approaches.
- Test, review, and critique 2D gameplay elements to ensure quality and alignment with project goals.
- Contribute insights regarding the latest trends and best practices in 2D game development.
- Communicate findings and suggestions clearly through both written and verbal channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven foundation in 2D game development, including asset creation or mechanics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and detail.
- Experience using industry-standard 2D engines or frameworks (e.g., Unity, Godot, Cocos2d).
- Understanding of basic game design principles and player experience.
- Ability to document workflows and provide constructive feedback.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to contribute in a remote team setting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving AI training needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on AI-related projects or data annotation for games.
