Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Computer and Information Systems Manager supporting a pioneering AI agent project. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in system architecture, software engineering, and stakeholder engagement to help train advanced AI models. You'll collaborate with talented professionals in a dynamic and fully remote environment, driving impactful solutions at the intersection of technology and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage cross-functional technical teams to deliver AI model training initiatives effectively.
2. Develop, implement, and optimize information systems strategies in alignment with project goals.
3. Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
4. Facilitate clear and proactive communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
5. Architect and maintain backend systems utilizing PHP, Node.js, and MySQL, deployed on AWS infrastructure.
6. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to system scalability, security, and reliability.
7. Document processes and best practices to support ongoing knowledge transfer and team development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in computer and information systems management or a related role.
2. Demonstrated proficiency in PHP, Node.js, AWS, and MySQL within complex project environments.
3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise stakeholder engagement.
4. Strong track record in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
5. Exceptional team management abilities, fostering collaboration and high performance.
6. Solid understanding of AI technologies and model training workflows.
7. Proactive problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience contributing to AI or machine learning projects, especially in agent-based systems.
2. Relevant certifications in project management, cloud services, or software architecture.
3. Advanced knowledge of secure system design and deployment on AWS.
