You will leverage your deep industry knowledge to contribute to a high-impact AI training project, ensuring that artificial intelligence models reflect real-world finance best practices and deal-making nuances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with AI developers to translate investment banking workflows and logic into actionable training data for advanced AI models.

• Design and validate financial models, valuation analyses, pitchbooks, and due diligence materials for AI learning purposes.

• Review and enhance AI-generated outputs, providing expert feedback based on M&A, financial modeling, and valuation best practices.

• Document and communicate complex financial concepts clearly to multidisciplinary teams.

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of financial data, models, and scenario analyses incorporated into the AI training set.

• Act as a subject matter expert for transaction execution, deal analysis, and investment banking methodologies.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI models by identifying gaps and proposing refinements based on industry standards and real-world scenarios.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity within reputable institutions.

• Proven track record in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and deal execution.

• Advanced Excel skills, with expertise in building and auditing complex financial models.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain intricate financial concepts succinctly.

• Demonstrated experience developing pitchbooks, conducting due diligence, and analyzing financial statements.

• Verifiable LinkedIn profile highlighting relevant transaction experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as CFA or FMVA.

• Prior involvement in AI, data analysis, or technology-driven finance projects.

• Experience providing training, mentorship, or leading knowledge-sharing initiatives.
