Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a First-Person Demonstration Capture Specialist and play a vital role in advancing home robotics technology. In this unique, hands-on position, you will record short, immersive videos of yourself performing everyday household activities, helping machines learn how real people interact with their environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Capture high-quality first-person videos of daily home tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and organizing using a smartphone head mount.
2. Follow straightforward setup and demonstration guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity in recordings.
3. Maintain a clean, well-lit workspace to maximize video quality.
4. Upload recorded footage promptly using a reliable internet connection.
5. Communicate frequently and clearly with the customer’s team regarding requirements, feedback, or task updates.
6. Adapt to new procedures or task lists as directed to meet evolving data collection needs.
7. Handle tasks independently and confidentially while adhering to project standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
2. Excellent communication skills for both written updates and occasional verbal discussions.
3. Ownership of a smartphone with a wide-angle camera (0.5x zoom preferred) and a compatible head strap.
4. Access to a tidy, organized home environment with good lighting conditions.
5. Comfortable performing and being recorded while executing routine household tasks.
6. Ability to manage files and upload content using stable internet connectivity.
7. Commitment to data privacy and respectful demonstration of personal spaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in video recording, content creation, or data collection projects.
2. Familiarity with home automation, smart devices, or robotics (a plus but not required).
3. Demonstrated reliability in remote work or freelance settings.
