Job Title: Capital Markets & Sponsor Coverage Expert

Job Type: Part-time

Pay Range: $140-$240 (based on seniority)

Location: Remote, US and Europe (exclusive)

Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Capital Markets & Sponsor Coverage Expert, where you will help shape and execute complex fundraising and capital allocation strategies for one of the world’s largest companies. This is a unique opportunity for seasoned bankers and finance professionals to leverage their advanced capital markets expertise in a dynamic, high-impact, and flexible remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis and execution of advanced capital markets transactions, including IPO models and SPAC math.

• Advise on sponsor economics, covering carried interest waterfall structures, co-investment models, and management incentive plans.

• Support bespoke transactional structuring, such as Reverse Morris Trusts (RMT) and other tailored deal strategies.

• Construct and refine detailed deal models, including sensitivity analyses and leverage optimization.

• Provide actionable insights on market access and fundraising approaches, guiding internal stakeholders and sponsors.

• Collaborate across teams to drive capital allocation decisions and optimize sponsor-level economics.

• Draft and deliver high-quality written and verbal communications to senior leadership and investor audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven years of capital markets, investment banking, or equivalent experience at Tier 1 companies in the U.S.

• Demonstrated mastery of capital markets concepts, including IPO and SPAC structuring.

• Deep expertise in sponsor economics—carried interest, co-invest, and incentive program modeling.

• Proficiency in bespoke transactions, especially Reverse Morris Trust (RMT) structures.

• Advanced deal modeling capabilities, with focus on sensitivity analysis and leverage.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills—clarity, precision, and the ability to distill complex concepts.

• Self-starter with strong stakeholder management abilities and high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Buy-side, private equity, or corporate development background with post-PE associate experience.

• Exposure to high-growth environments or Fortune 500 corporate finance teams.

• Track record of supporting C-suite or board-level presentations and decision-making.
