Key Responsibilities:
- Review a representative sample of legal documents labeled by paralegals for AI training purposes.
- Verify the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of labels with established legal standards and guidelines.
- Deliver clear, actionable written and verbal feedback to paralegals to address errors or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and enhance document categorization guidelines.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, ensuring legal accuracy throughout the AI training process.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and opportunities for workflow enhancements.
- Maintain precise, thorough documentation of reviews and quality assurance processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven legal experience in contract law, corporate law, or litigation.
- Demonstrated ability to thoroughly review, analyze, and evaluate legal documents.
