Job Summary:

Join our team as a Lawyer – AI Trainer for a very exciting project and play a vital role in shaping the future of legal technology. You will review and validate labeled legal documents, ensuring they uphold legal best practices while providing expert feedback to paralegals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review a representative sample of legal documents labeled by paralegals for AI training purposes.
  • Verify the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of labels with established legal standards and guidelines.
  • Deliver clear, actionable written and verbal feedback to paralegals to address errors or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine and enhance document categorization guidelines.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert, ensuring legal accuracy throughout the AI training process.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and opportunities for workflow enhancements.
  • Maintain precise, thorough documentation of reviews and quality assurance processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven legal experience in contract law, corporate law, or litigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to thoroughly review, analyze, and evaluate legal documents.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting inconsistencies or errors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clear feedback and documentation.
  • Experience in quality assurance or compliance review in a legal setting.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable navigating evolving guidelines and project requirements.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supervising paralegals or reviewing their work product.
  • Familiarity with legal technology, AI training initiatives, or document automation tools.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to innovative projects at the intersection of law and technology.
