Key Responsibilities:

  • Review a representative sample of legal documents labeled by paralegals for AI training purposes.
  • Verify the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of labels with established legal standards and guidelines.
  • Deliver clear, actionable written and verbal feedback to paralegals to address errors or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine and enhance document categorization guidelines.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert, ensuring legal accuracy throughout the AI training process.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and opportunities for workflow enhancements.
  • Maintain precise, thorough documentation of reviews and quality assurance processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven legal experience in contract law, corporate law, or litigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to thoroughly review, analyze, and evaluate legal documents.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting inconsistencies or errors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clear feedback and documentation.
  • Experience in quality assurance or compliance review in a legal setting.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
