• Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication with clients and teammates

• Build relationships founded on trust, empathy, and integrity

• Stay informed on company offerings and industry best practices

• Take initiative to achieve personal and team sales goals in a collaborative environment


Required Skills and Qualifications

• Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• U.S. citizen or green card holder

• Passionate about serving families and building a meaningful sales career

• Tech-savvy and comfortable working 100% remotely

• Coachable with a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Able to manage time effectively in a flexible, remote setting


Preferred Qualifications

• Prior customer service or sales experience (not required)
