Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Healthcare Administrator - AI trainer and make a significant impact at the intersection of healthcare management and artificial intelligence. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise as a Medical and Health Services Manager to train AI systems, enabling smarter, more effective solutions for clinical and public health operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, explaining healthcare operations, administrative workflows, and team coordination to inform AI model development.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate medical and health services for various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and managed care organizations.
  • Annotate and structure data to reflect real-world policies and administrative procedures in healthcare.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to iteratively improve models for clinical and public health applications.
  • Review, validate, and provide insights on AI-generated outputs for accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Advise on evolving regulations and best practices, ensuring AI alignment with industry requirements.
  • Help design training materials and guidelines to facilitate effective knowledge transfer into AI systems.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Healthcare Administrator, such as Clinical Director, Health Information Management Director, Medical Records Manager, or similar leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to plan, direct, or coordinate medical and health services in diverse healthcare environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated commitment to clarity and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare system structures, administrative workflows, and policy implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex healthcare concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative, with a passion for advancing healthcare through technology.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced, and innovative environment.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience training or collaborating with AI or machine learning development teams.
  • Familiarity with public health agencies, managed care organizations, or large healthcare networks.
