Job Summary:
Join our customer’s team as an expert Site Foreman, leading the execution and oversight of construction projects from a remote vantage point. Utilize your mastery of trade skills and cloud-based project management tools to ensure seamless physical builds and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute physical trade work (Carpentry, Electrical) on-site, ensuring top-tier workmanship.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using cloud-based construction software such as Procore or Buildertrend.
- Document daily site progress and maintain accurate records through digital apps and remote project management tools.
- Coordinate with on-site teams, subcontractors, and clients via mobile and digital communication platforms.
- Ensure all site activities adhere to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Provide professional client presence, addressing queries and representing our customer’s team with integrity.
- Utilize laser and digital measurement tools for precise surveying, installation, and quality control.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid trade certification in Carpentry, Electrical, or related field.
- Expertise in using project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
- Proficiency with laser and digital measurement tools for construction tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear mobile and remote coordination.
- Strong organizational abilities to track progress and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing on-site physical builds and leading teams effectively.
- Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach, ensuring positive relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fully remote or hybrid construction foreman role.
- Advanced certification or training in project management methodologies.
- Experience working with cloud-based documentation and reporting tools in construction environments.
