Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Linguist (Master's/Ph.D) AI Trainer, where your advanced expertise in linguistics will directly influence the development of next-generation AI models. In this fully remote role, you will transcribe and analyze video and audio content, ensuring data accuracy and linguistic richness. Your mastery of English and passion for both written and verbal communication will be crucial to the success of this project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transcribe complex audio and video files with exceptional accuracy and attention to linguistic detail.

- Annotate and label linguistic data to enrich AI model training datasets.

- Evaluate and refine AI-generated transcriptions and responses for naturalness, coherence, and correctness.

- Collaborate closely with AI engineers and data scientists to provide linguistic insights.

- Develop and implement guidelines for consistent and high-quality transcription practices.

- Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain data integrity.

- Document processes and share best practices with the broader team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Native-level proficiency in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Advanced degree in Linguistics (Master’s or Ph.D.) or a closely related field.

- Demonstrated experience in transcription, annotation, or related linguistic analysis tasks.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing concepts.

- Commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate linguistic data.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting transcription or linguistic annotation projects.

- Proficiency with transcription tools and linguistic annotation platforms.

- Published research or academic contributions in linguistics or computational linguistics.
