Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Sales Force Architect to join our team and drive the architectural strategy for our Salesforce Partner Portal utilizing Experience Cloud. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and scaling our Salesforce ecosystem, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and secure user experience for our partners. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of the Salesforce Partner Portal using Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Design scalable, high-performance, and secure portal architecture in alignment with Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct peer code reviews, and ensure comprehensive technical documentation for maintainability.
- Integrate the Partner Portal with third-party systems such as ERP and document management tools via REST and SOAP APIs.
- Champion user experience, responsiveness, and portal performance to delight external partners and internal users alike.
- Provide mentorship and architectural guidance to development teams across the full software development lifecycle, including support through testing, deployment, and post-implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture.
- Deep expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud portals, particularly for partner solutions.
- Advanced proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Modeling, user access models, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and external user security controls.
- Experience establishing coding standards and promoting maintainable, well-documented codebases.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Governor Limits and platform performance optimization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear stakeholder management and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Experience Cloud Consultant.
- Proven track record mentoring technical teams and influencing best practices across organizations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with a variety of enterprise systems.
