- Collaborate with our team members to enhance service delivery and streamline processes.

- Assist in onboarding and training new staff on customer service protocols and best practices.

- Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement in customer support operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or a related field is advantageous.

- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or administrative position.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related discipline.
