Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the kiosk, ensuring an inviting and efficient retail environment.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and product displays for optimal appeal and stock levels.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and safety standards within the kiosk.
- Track and analyze sales performance, producing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven experience in retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
