Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations of the kiosk, ensuring an inviting and efficient retail environment.
2. Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
4. Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and product displays for optimal appeal and stock levels.
5. Implement company policies, procedures, and safety standards within the kiosk.
6. Track and analyze sales performance, producing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
7. Cultivate a positive, collaborative culture focused on professional growth and teamwork.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Fluent in Spanish with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
2. Proven experience in retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
3. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, ideally in a retail or kiosk setting.
4. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
5. Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Prior experience managing a kiosk or retail outlet in Puerto Rico.
