Job Title: Financial Documents Specialist (German)
Job Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, review, and refine a variety of financial documents in German, ensuring accuracy and real-world fidelity.
- Develop and format complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Apply deep finance knowledge to identify and resolve inconsistencies or issues within documents.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards.
- Provide high-quality, precise data and content that supports the training and evaluation of AI models.
- Communicate clearly and professionally through both written and verbal channels.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to best practices in data security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native-level proficiency in German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance, with a strong background in handling, creating, or reviewing financial documents.
- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, particularly within the Fortune 500 environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, structured documents.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Based in the US, with familiarity working across international and multicultural teams.
- Previous experience contributing to AI, machine learning, or technology-driven projects.
- Advanced certifications in finance or related disciplines.
